National Budget
In 2011, the actual amount of domestic revenue collected during the year did not reach the set target, while actual budget expenditure exceeded the planned amount. As a result, the overall budget deficit grew to 7-3 percent of GDP in 2011. For 2012 and 2013, while the execution of budget expenditure is expected to be under firm control due to government measures, the collection of domestic revenue is expected to still remain at around 12 percent of GDP, on account of the expected moderate growth of the economy.
